Context
The Starting Point
Inklucentrum is a national advocacy, education, and advisory organization focused on advocating for inclusive education. It works with teachers, education professionals, schools, and local governments across Slovakia. When the organization approached Studio Inbound, it was already well established, with an active team of educators and an existing portfolio of training and educational services.
What was missing was a systematic approach to marketing. There was no overarching marketing strategy, the branding lacked consistency, and communication was largely ad hoc. The original name — Centrum inkluzívneho vzdelávania — was descriptive, but difficult for the public to remember. Internally, the team had already been informally using the shorter name “Inklucentrum.”
Director Anežka Palajová wanted to expand the organization’s reach among schools and educators, attract more participants to its educational programs, and create a more consistent approach to communication.
Our Role
Turning an Established Organization into a Clearer Brand
The project was led by Silvia Púchovská, founder of Studio Inbound, in direct collaboration with Inklucentrum’s director. Studio Inbound was responsible for:
- Marketing audit and strategy
- Strategic rebranding, including the organization’s name change
- Social media strategy and processes for Facebook and Instagram
- Content marketing
- Marketing mentoring
The Approach
Four Steps from Strategy to a Stronger Brand
Strategic Diagnosis Through Conversation
A Strategic Name Change
The original name accurately described the organization, but it was difficult to remember and challenging to build a strong brand around.
“Inklucentrum” was already being used informally within the organization. During the strategic process, the question emerged naturally: why not turn the name people were already using into the official brand? The team embraced the idea quickly because it formalized something that had already become part of the organization’s internal identity.
A Brand Refresh Guided by Strategy
An external designer developed the new logo and visual identity to reflect a more modern, open, and human-centered organization.
Studio Inbound’s role was to provide the strategic direction behind the creative work — making sure the new identity expressed what had been defined in the marketing strategy rather than being driven by aesthetics alone.
Building a Social Media System the Team Could Own
We developed the content pillars, publishing frequency, formats, and internal processes for Facebook and Instagram. The objective was not simply to “do social media.” It was to build a practical system that the Inklucentrum team could manage independently after our engagement ended — without relying on an external marketing partner for day-to-day execution.
